根據(jù)電池內(nèi)部電解液的成分，配制相應(yīng)的化學試劑，如鏗離子電池電解液模擬液(lmol/L LiPF。的碳酸乙烯醋(EC)和碳酸二甲醋(DMC)混合溶液，體積比為1:1)。將MS密封膠樣品浸泡在化學試劑中，在室溫下浸泡7天，觀察樣品的外觀變化，如是否出現(xiàn)溶脹、溶解、變色等現(xiàn)象，并測試其拉伸強度、硬度等性能變化，評佑其耐化學腐蝕性能。

電絕緣性能測試

電池MS密封膠的電絕緣性則使用絕緣電陰測試儀，按照GB/T 1410-2006標準進行測試。將MS密封膠樣品制成厚度為2 mm的薄片，在樣品表面涂上導電銀膠，然后將其安裝在絕緣電陰測試儀的測試電極上，施加500 V的直流電壓，測量樣品的絕緣電陰。同時，使用介電常數(shù)測試儀，按照GB/T 1693-2007['3〕標準，測量樣品的介電常數(shù)和介質(zhì)損耗角正切值，評佑其電絕緣性能。

防震抗沖擊性能測試

利用振動試驗臺和沖擊試驗臺進行測試。振動試驗按照GB/T 2423.10-2019標準進行，將MS密封膠樣品固定在振動試驗臺上，設(shè)置振動頻率為10--100Hz，加速度為Sm/sz，振動時間為2h，觀察樣品是否出現(xiàn)脫落、開裂等現(xiàn)象。沖擊試驗按照GB/T2423.5-2019S標準進行，將樣品固定在沖擊試驗臺上，施加半正弦波沖擊，峰值加速度為50 g，脈沖持續(xù)時間為11 ms，沖擊次數(shù)為1000次，觀察樣品的損壞情況，評佑其防震抗沖擊性能。http://www.jifengjixie.cn/
